On the outside, you seem fine...
...but I understand that on the inside, it can feel very different. You're not alone in this
compassionate therapy is available here in Santa Fe
Creating space to understand yourself with compassion
Are you high functioning and appear “together,” yet privately struggle with self doubt, strong emotions, or patterns that repeat no matter what you try? It does not have to stay this way. Maybe relationships feel confusing or exhausting, or you sense that something inside you wants to change but does not know how.
I help you move past old patterns and trauma through therapy that works with both your mind and body. This somatic, body based approach helps you understand what is happening beneath the surface and find steadier ground inside yourself.
Therapy with me is not just about managing symptoms. It is about building a more compassionate relationship with yourself. When that relationship begins to change, the way you live, connect, and make choices can change too.
Areas of specialization
I work with individuals who want to move beyond old patterns and live with more clarity, connection, and ease. My practice in New Mexico focuses on helping people heal from:
Complex Trauma
Therapy to gently untangle long-standing patterns and restore a sense of safety and connection.
Sexual Assault Recovery
A supportive space to process what happened and begin to trust yourself again.
Boundaries & Attachment
Healing attachment wounds and learning to create boundaries that protect and support you.
Low Self-Worth
Therapy that helps you move beyond shame and reconnect with your inner worth.
Spiritual Trauma
Compassionate support for those healing after painful or confusing spiritual experiences.
High-Control Groups
Guidance and care for rebuilding your sense of self after leaving a high-control environment.
Each of these challenges is deeply human. In my practice, we’ll use evidence-based, body-centered approaches that help you reconnect with yourself, not just manage symptoms.
I work with individuals ready to create specific, meaningful changes in their lives through evidence-based, integrative approaches.
Hi, I'm Farah
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and trauma therapist based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in presence.
I integrate modalities such as Somatic Experiencing®, AEDP, Coherence Therapy, Focusing, and Parts Work to support transformation that lasts.
Clients describe me as calm, focused, and gently direct, someone who helps them feel seen and supported while still encouraging growth. I believe every part of you has a reason for being here, and healing begins when those parts are met with curiosity instead of judgment.
I integrate somatic and body-based therapy, emotional regulation work, and trauma-informed approaches for people healing from complex trauma, anxiety, and relational stress.
This is where healing can begin
When you begin to listen inward, real change becomes possible
Maybe you’ve done therapy before, or you’ve read all the right books… yet deep down, something still feels unfinished. You might long for relationships that feel safer, or for a sense of calm that doesn’t vanish when life gets hard.
Therapy is a space to slow down and listen, to notice what your mind and body have been trying to tell you. When we create safety together, real change becomes possible.
